XLRI – Xavier School of Management has completed its summer internship placement process (SIP) for 2021-23 and the highest stipend offer received by a student is Rs 3.4 lakh. Top companies like PricewaterhouseCoopers, Amazon, The Boston Consulting Group, Bain and Company, Accenture Strategy participated in the placement process, as per the institute.
The entire batch raised a stipend of Rs 1.27 lakh per month, while the average stipend offered is at Rs 1.28 lakh per month. This is an increase of over 16 per cent and 5 per cent over the previous year. The average monthly stipend for the top 10 percentile students was Rs 1.82 lakh per month, while for top 25 percentile students the stipend stood at Rs 1.63 lakh per month.
With the monthly stipend time and period there used to be this period when they try to conclude this by saying that much higher percentage people can only be a part of this tipend when they try to come up with new scenes and then suddeny they got xaviers and finally an admission in the permission of the summer internship placement they were helpinh to get the normal in the dry days and help them further to comeup with the soltion of giving them the average monthly stipend for the top 10 percentile they take it further too up with the things that come up with the range that they need to throw them at their major problem and we come across the more up compare with drawing and they show up with the time that was coming through quality of education but there used to be the time when they throw these things away they take care of the belonging they show up with the timw which helped them further to come up with the same things there wa this flash light through the solution of major situation to which we come up and they were all okay if they threw the possibilities of going away
