Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has sought Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s intervention for issuing provisional final semester results or marksheets to undergraduate students in the state.
In a recent letter to Patnaik, Pradhan said that the students who had appeared for the sixth semester examinations through online mode in the first and second week of August had not been provided with marksheets and the results were expected to be declared later in September.
“Regardless of repeated pleas to schools and state schooling authorities, skilled marksheets haven’t been offered to those college students. I’m receiving a number of complaints from the scholar neighborhood in Odisha on this regard,” the letter learn.
Pradhan underlined that late publication of provisional outcomes or non-issuance of marksheets is inflicting lots of bother to the scholars and jeopardizing their profession prospects.
