Mr. Sandeep is a pioneer in the field of education, all his work is an exceptional creative. He has worked as an Assistant Professor in TULA’S institute, Dehradun (Uttarakhand). Previously worked as Assistant Professor in Ganga Technical campus (Haryana) & Echelon institute of technology (Faridabad). Published 15 papers in different reputed international journals. Working at such places and having a lot of experience in the same field is the quality of a research scholar that gave a boost to his career. With the passage of time you change as you grow and develop and have additional experiences. Your knowledge, skills, interests, even your values and personality, can change. Because everything changes, your way of looking at yourself and at the world around you changes. You cannot expect that the decisions you make now will be appropriate throughout your life. You need to be flexible and willing to adapt to new circumstances.
International conferences give you a great exposure and in his experience attending these international conferences have definitely given him a great exposure and is able to learn a lot of expertise knowledge. Experiences has always taught him to give students the best he can and help them in their future to be a better person. Honored with teacher of the year 2020 organized by Divya himgiri Uttarakhand, Best young faculty award 2020 by Novel research academy Pondicherry, Best teacher award 2020 by Institute of scholars Bangalore, Digital teacher excellence award 2020 by global digital academy Mumbai, Best teacher award 2020 by DKIRF research foundation Tamilnadu, Rashtra prerna award 2020 by world book of star records Indore. He has been an incredibly phenomenal teacher of excellence who has given best to all his students so that they can excel in life. He has been continuously working hard and till now facing challenges that make him a better person in real life. Sandeep has been an inspiration for all of us as a human being too and as a teacher too.
Covid made a huge impact on education and because of that education sector took a complete turn into digital learning, change with the time is really necessary and with the time and generation we also need to change so during Covid time he used to attend various FDP, Workshops, short term courses organized by IIT, NIT and other universities and received more than one hundred certificates. Provide financial assistance to weaker students during lockdown periods. Provided his own personal books to each student during their study periods before and after covid 19 situations. He helped a lot of students to provide fifty self made video on particular subject during online teaching. Every session gives good academic results. Encourage and motivate students not only in academics but also in cultural activities. Students have always been inspired by his singing videos and painting that are posted in different social platforms.
