It’s Time To Change – Surender Kaur

It is time that incidents can break, damage and deform, your body and soul. But with the power of strength and hard work, those incidents can make, manage and head your body and soul. All you need is will power and strength to face those difficulties upright. My journey has been full of obstacles, pain and difficulties which made me so strong today but now I don’t further discuss about my hardships instead I motivate people and tell you all about the power of positivity and value of strength.

Every time a negative thought crawls into your mind, replace it with a positive thought. It’s just like someone writes a phrase you don’t like on a blackboard and then you get up, erase it and write something much more to your liking. This one is a bit harder to put into practice, which does not mean it’s impossible. You can find positivity in everything by mentally holding on to something positive, whether this be family, friends, your faith, nature, someone’s sparkling eyes or whatever other glimmer of beauty.

Most of the time, when we’re being too hard on ourselves, we do it because we’re driven by a desire to excel and do everything right, all the time. This entails a lot of self-criticism, and that persecutory inner voice that constantly tells us how we could’ve done things better is a hallmark of perfectionism.

I want tell you all that don’t run behind perfectionism or criticize yourself for not being perfect. No one is born perfect all you need to do is work hard and that will automatically drove you to success. It’s easy to be loving toward ourselves when things go as planned, when we succeed and people like us. Not so much when stuff falls apart, we screw up or get rejected. When we struggle the most, that’s also when we tend to be hardest on ourselves.

In those moments, ask yourself what someone who loves you deeply you would act. What would they say? What would they do? How would they behave? Odds are, they wouldn’t criticize, judge, and berate you. They’d offer you kindness, compassion, and acceptance. If you can’t think about a specific person or memory, imagine how the most loving human on this planet would be toward you. Then practice being that toward yourself.

Comparison is a killer to self-love. And we aren’t usually very nice when it comes to comparisons, right? Don’t compare yourself with anyone try to work upon yourself.

Instead, we take our greatest flaws and compare them to someone else’s greatest success. In short, you’re doomed to fail.

Instead, realize that you write your story. Realize that you can’t compare your life to someone else’s because no matter how well you know them, you never know how they feel or how they perceive their life. Instead, spend your time and energy to nourish and build your path.

The main reason why this world is becoming so intolerant isn’t because the world is cruel. It is because we don’t have the ability to understand others. Hatred, as you know it, isn’t a strong emotion. It’s just a deficiency disease of love the strongest of them all. You will boil your blood, wrinkle your forehead and hurt yourself in every manner if you hate someone.

Let’s join our hands and promise each other that we will make efforts to stop the negativity all around. We will be kind to everyone and try our best to spread love and warmth. Make people happy, you will see how satisfying this is. I conclude by saying that don’t be stressed about your life, we live only once and live that life happily and loving others.
